DA NANG (Biz Hub) — Da Nang City's Department of Planning and Investment has decided to withdraw the business registration certificates of 478 enterprises operating in the city.

According to the department, the decision was made after these firms were shifted from their registered addresses and dissolved, and yet did not submit their tax reports and pay tax to the tax agency. The companies also did not give any feedback despite being requested to report about the business conditions.

The department asked these firms to dissolve within six months in compliance with the law. The order came into effect on May 5, 2014.

Earlier, the department released a list of 199 enterprises whose business registration certificates were withdrawn for the same reasons in January. — VNS
