AN GIANG (Biz Hub) – The An Giang Provincial People's Committee has granted a licence to Smart City An Giang, a residential area project near the West Hau River.
The investors of Smart City An Giang are the National Housing Organising JSC and the Thien But Property Ltd.
Covering an area of 51ha, the VND990-billion (US$46.6-million) residential complex will comprise high-end buildings, semi-detached houses and villas, besides shopping malls, entertainment centres and supermarkets as well as parks.
The project is scheduled to be completed by 2017.
It is expected to offer a comfortable and modern living space in An Giang Province's Long Xuyen City. – VNS
