VietAd 2019, an annual international exhibition for advertising technology, opened in HCM City on Wednesday.

This year, the exhibition has attracted around 150 businesses from 10 countries and territories, with over 400 stalls. A wide variety of products is on display such as digital printers, LED technologies, laser cutter and engraving machine.

The exhibition is organised by the Viet Nam Advertising Association and Dong Nam Advertising and Commercial Promotion Joint Stock Company.

Ninh Thi Thu Huong, director of the Department of Cultural Foundation under the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism, said the advertising industry had been developing well, with the quality and number of businesses growing quickly.

The annual exhibition provides networking opportunities for domestic and foreign companies and displays of the latest technology in the industry.

The exhibition, which has been organised since 2010, will end on July 27. — VNS
