The online exchange will focus on new regulations on the amended tax administration law which came into effect on July 1; a draft of new circular replacing Circular No. 63/2011/TT-BTC and Circular No. 105/2011/TT-BTC on preferential enterprises; new policies relating to conditions to be recognised as preferential enterprises; rights and responsibilities of preferential enterprises; development orientation on preferential enterprises.

The pilot application of customs preferences towards enterprises was implemented over two years under Circular No. 63/2011/TT-BTC, issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Enterprises receiving preferential treatment must meet seven conditions following article 4 of the circular. Among them enterprises must have installed processes to comply with laws on customs, tax, trading and investment.
