HA NOI (Biz Hub) ─ The city will play host to Banking Vietnam, one of the largest annual conferences and expos on banking trends and IT solutions in Viet Nam, from May 20 to 22.

This year, with the theme ‘Innovative Banking: Building Trust and Customer Engagement', the 17th Banking Vietnam 2014 hopes to bring in the latest insights that enable audiences to stay on top of current developments.

It also gives them the opportunity to update technology solutions to enjoy higher satisfaction and loyalty from customers while improving scalability and agility in the banking system.

Together with the conference, the exhibition will showcase advanced technologies and products within the banking field and provide unique access to 400 CIOs, CSOs and IT directors, who are the key decision makers for IT purchases.

The event, organised by the State Bank of Vietnam, Vietnam Banks Association and IDG Vietnam, is expected to generate enormous interest among the banking community in the country. ─ VNS
