HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Shivom Yoga&Dance, one of the leading yoga centres in Ha Noi, will offer yoga teacher training programmes beginning in June.

The courses are supported by the Yoga Alliance International (YAI) -- one of nine members of the International Yoga Federation.

Therefore, attendees completing the course will be awarded an international certificate, which allows graduates to teach yoga in the 100 countries in Asia, Africa and Europe that YAI operates in.

Joining the courses, participants will learn yoga theories, 71 basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, as well as other techniques for mind- and body detoxification. Attendees will also become certified in teaching skills.

While the 200-hour course is opened to the general public, the 300-hour programme is only for those who have completed the 200-hour course, as it will offer advanced knowledge for attendees.

Both courses will be conducted by Indian yoga masters.
