WMC Group, which specialises in luxury hospitality, is presenting a series of vegetarian menus featuring a variety of specialties prepared by its skilled cooking team in celebration of the Yu Lan Festival which runs in August and September.
The Royal Pavilion or Long Trieu, Saigon’s premier Cantonese fine-dining restaurant located on the fourth floor of The Reverie Saigon, offers a special six-course set menu featuring vegetarian dishes prepared from fresh vegetables and nutritious herbs.
The menu features exquisite delicious delicacies including steamed morel mushroom dumplings; double-boiled matsutake mushroom with bamboo fungus and cabbage heart; stuffed whole tomatos with assorted mushrooms; stir-fried cordyceps flowers with celery; braised rice with assorted mushrooms and black truffle; and a dessert of double-boiled milk with coconut.

Meanwhile, Vietnam House, the contemporary Vietnamese fine dining restaurant, is presenting a special vegetarian menu titled “Go Green” which features healthy dishes prepared with local seasonal ingredients.

The menu includes Thiên Lý flower salad, pepper elder, carrot, enoki mushroom, fried tofu and peanut; wok tossed Gia Lai wild edible vegetables, rooting shank mushroom, king oyster mushroom, carrot, vegetarian oyster flavored sauce; deep-fried egg tofu, tomato sauce; and wok-tossed assorted mushroom with capsicum, onion and vegetarian oyster flavored sauce.
Starting from VND168,000++ per dish, the menu is served for lunch and dinner until September 14.
