Many of these new capabilities are built on the VMware cross-cloud service that the company introduced at VMWorld 2021 and are designed to give organisations the strategic advantages of a cloud-smart approach.

Additionally, the company unveiled networking and security innovations to help customers further embrace the cloud operating model such as Vmware vSphere 8, Vmware vSAN 8, Vmware Cloud Foundation+, Vmware Edge Computer Stack 2 and Project Northstar.
