HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Vietjet will create an additional connection between the capital city and the south by launching its Ha Noi-Tuy Hoa route on May 20.

As a part of Vietjet's domestic route expansion plan, travellers can now easily fly to Tuy Hoa, a popular beach destination known for its natural sightseeing opportunities and activities. The route is now open for booking, with a special price of only VND599,000 (US$25), easing travel for tourists, individuals and businessmen, the airline said in its statement.

The new domestic route has a travel time of 1 hour 40 minutes per leg. The Ha Noi-Tuy Hoa flight takes off at 11:15am and lands at 12:55pm. The return flight departs at 1:30pm and arrives at 3:10pm.

Tickets can be booked online at www.vietjetair.com (also compatible with smartphones via https://m.vietjetair.com) or at www.facebook.com/vietjetvietnam (click on the "Booking" tab) or by calling the national call center at 19001886. Payment can be made with a VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express or ATM cards issued by 24 Vietnamese banks that have been registered for Internet banking.

In January, Vietjet also opened HCM City – Tuy Hoa route which was operated on a daily frequency.

The airline was recently honored as one of Viet Nam's 15 strongest brands and the public's favorite airline by Vietnam Economic Times and the Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. — VNS
