Vietjet has announced an HCM City-Jakarta route, which connects two important economic, financial and cultural centres, helping to promote tourism and economic integration in the region.

The new route will operate one daily return flight from August 5, 2023. The flights from HCM City to Jakarta take off at 9.35am and land at 12.30pm (local time). The flights from Jakarta to HCM City depart at 1.30pm (local time) and arrive at 4.40pm.

With more than three hours of flight time, passengers can reach the bustling capital of Indonesia, which is famous for its colourful culture, religion, cuisine, and tourism, it’s true to the spirit of "unity in diversity" of the land of thousands of islands, Vietjet said in a statement.

It said passengers can double the joy with tickets from zero dong, applying for all international flight networks to Indonesia, and all routes to Australia, India, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. These tickets are available for sale every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at www.vietjetair.com or the Vietjet Air app.

Especially, when passengers successfully buy a ticket from now to August 15, 2023, they will receive an additional VND100,000 e-Voucher to use in the next booking, applying for all ticket classes on the flight network. — VNS
