HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — VietJet will launch a new route connecting Thanh Hoa City to HCM City, to tap the growing passenger traffic between the north-central city and the southern hub.

To celebrate the launch of this new domestic route, the airline will offer 2,000 free air tickets from November 6 to 8, for travel between November 25 and March 31, 2015.

From November 25, the daily flight will depart from HCM City at 9am and land in Thanh Hoa at 10.55am, the flight duration being one hour and 55 minutes. The return flight will take off at 11.30am from Thanh Hoa and arrive in HCM City at 1.25pm.

Thanh Hoa City, the fast-growing economic hub of Thanh Hoa Province, is well known to the Vietnamese people for its attractive beaches and numerous cultural heritage sites.

With this new route, VietJet plans to offer domestic tourists and businesspeople more choices and competitive fares, while introducing Thanh Hoa to international tourists from all over the world. — VNS
