Vietjet is offering a promotion with 50 per cent discount on ticket prices on all domestic routes, excluding taxes and fees.

These discounted airfares follow a tourism promotion programme called 'Immense Việt Nam – Fly green with Vietjet' launched by the budget airline and Facebook. 

The programme is part of the 'Proud Viet Nam' project implemented by the Ministry of Planning and Investment and Facebook to promote the economy and tourism in the post-pandemic context.

The tickets are available at www.vietjetair.com and the Vietjet Air mobile app. According to Vietjet, passengers should enter the code 'CHUYENBAYXANH' to use the promotion when searching for flights departing from August 17 to December 31, 2020 (excluding national holidays).

With 'Immense Viet Nam – Fly green with Vietjet', Vietjet, the Ministry of Planning and Investment and Facebook aim to give passengers interesting experiences on green flights and a hometown feel in the most beautiful places of Viet Nam, the airline said in a statement. 

This project is expected to be a source of national pride for Vietnamese people, it said.
