Techcombak was ranked No 1 in the Banking - Finance - Securities category and across all industries, according to Career Builder Viet Nam’s “Top 100 Employer of Choice 2021” non-profit annual survey.

The awards recognise enterprises with outstanding commercial accomplishments and fair and flexible human resource strategies, particularly during the pandemic. This year’s results were based on 15,768 responses from people of various professions and ages across the country.

This award is a strong testament to Techcombank’s flexible and responsive human resource strategies, especially during unprecedented times.

It also speaks highly about the company’s strong corporate culture and its new Employee Value Proposition (EVP), “Dare to be a greater you,” focusing on four pillars Culture and Work Environment, Performance, Rewards and Recognition, Learning and Development. These are key to retaining and attracting the right talents to support the bank’s radical strategy.

“Investing in people is an investment in the future. With an employee-centric approach, more than 12,000 Techcomers have always been at the heart of everything we do, from talent acquisition strategy to policy design, from training to overall compensation and benefits,” said Nikki Dang, Chief Human Resources Officer.

"We believe, to provide the best possible services to our customers, there’s no better way than looking after and investing in our people."

During the challenging times tackling the global pandemic, Techcombank remained resilient in its human resource strategy, focusing on providing job security, care and protection for all employees and the needed support to the local communities.

“From the beginning of the pandemic, the bank has enabled almost all of its employees to work from home where required as well as enabling online learning for all. In addition to looking after our employees, the bank has also donated over VND420 billion (approximately US$18 million) to support businesses and the local community, aligning with its mission to “Change banking, change lives,” Dang said. — VNS
