HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Real estate developer Sungroup will offer an additional five per cent discount to buyers of apartments of Premier Residences Phu Quoc Resort Emerald Bay on January 9 in HCM City.

Sungroup had launched a similar event in Ha Noi last December to introduce its third project on the island's southern Bai Khem Beach, 5km from An Thoi Town and 25km from Duong Dong Town.

Located on a beautiful arc-shaped beach with a river, stream, mountains and forest that remain mostly untouched by tourists, the resort offers more than 200 apartments.

The residences vary from studios to penthouses, with the areas ranging from 45sq.m to 360sq.m. They have bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a dining room each. Penthouses have a private pool and a view of Khem Beach.

The resort also has a five-star gymnasium, spa, recreational space and a business centre, in addition to a library and a playground for children.

The group said the resort was an attractive bet for investors as they could participate in the investment-sharing programme, under which they would get nine per cent of the profits from the contract value for nine years.

Besides the five per cent discount, all those who buy that day will enjoy 135 free nights at the apartments they own, which can also be converted into a number of rooms of the same value in the network of hotels and resorts of the Sun Group in Da Nang, Sa Pa, Quang Ninh or Phu Quoc within nine years.

The buyers will receive a gift certificate for a two-night stay at the five-star JW Marriott Phu Quoc Hotel, which is expected to open in April 2016, besides tickets for a cable car ride to Ba Na Hills in Da Nang and Fansipan in Lao Cai, and to Asia Park in Da Nang.

They will also become members of Sungroup's Club and enjoy special discounts on all services there. — VNS
