Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers has launched a series of new dining programmes for food lovers on the upcoming holidays including Easter, Liberation Day and Labour Day.
Lovers of Cantonese food have the opportunity to sample the distinctive menu in April, featuring eight delectable dim sum creations made from highly nutritious vegetables and selected meat and fish, combined in perfect harmony with the flavours of Li Bai.
The dim sum menu is available for both lunch and dinner and starts from VND120,000 per dish.
In April, Saigon Café offers gourmands the opportunity to relish the essence of Southeast Asian culinary culture with a series of famous specialities from Indonesia the Emerald of the Equator, Singapore the Lion City and the Land of Indigenous Malay.
The international buffet dinner features favourite items such as roasted prime beef, lamb leg, grilled oysters with cheese and much more. Western food epicureans will be spoiled with freshly crafted pizzas from the pizza station as well as a cheese collection, cold cuts, salads and signature bread, while Japanese sashimi, sushi, and tempura will add colour to the table along with exotic dishes like Indian skewers.

The entire gourmet night is highlighted by the Vietnamese signature delights, from authentic noodle dishes to local snails and the mouthwatering dessert corner featuring a vast selection of ice cream, chocolate, shortcake and fresh fruit.
The buffet dinner is available from 6pm to 10pm, from Monday to Thursday and is priced at VND1,288,000 per person, including free-flow red wine, white wine, the cocktail of the day, beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee. The seafood buffet dinner is from Friday to Sunday, 6pm to 10pm.
Meanwhile, the Lounge introduces the Easter sweet collection and the delectable Vienna Choux pastry this special month, handcrafted by talented pastry chefs.
The sweet collection features a colourful diversity of tasty chocolate treats shaped into cute bunnies, a lovely basket of Easter eggs or a cheerful brood of baby chickens.
These Easter items are available for sale until April 17, and are priced from VND100,000 per item, while the Vienna Choux pastry is available throughout April and is priced at VND230,000 per cake.
