Shinhan Bank Vietnam Limited (Shinhan Bank) has introduced a new version of the Shinhan SOL Vietnam Mobile Banking Application to provide customers with faster and more convenient digital banking service experiences.
The new version of Shinhan SOL Vietnam includes numerous innovative improvements.
With the new interface, all functions are now displayed fully on one phone screen, and the colour of Shinhan SOL Vietnam’s new version has been chosen for harmony, to capture eye-catching features as well as be easy-to-see.
The new version not only improves the interface but integrates advanced security levels. Meanwhile, the function menu is organised logically for clear and convenient operation.
Shinhan SOL Vietnam, in particular, has been enhanced with the Notification feature via the application, facilitating interactions between the bank and customers faster and safer.
The bank has also implemented the Asset Management feature to the application to assist customers in centrally managing assets/liabilities and controlling financial information conveniently and effectively.
The new version also allows customers to open credit cards, open accounts, and register for Mobile Banking SOL/Internet Banking services via the Electronic Know Your Customers (eKYC) service, which is completely online.
The payment feature on the new app has also been updated, allowing customers to make transactions with a variety of invoices.
Shinhan Bank, a subsidiary of Shinhan Bank Korea, an affiliate of Shinhan Financial Group (SFG), opened its first representative office in HCM City in 1993.
