HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Savills Viet Nam has become the exclusive sales agent of Naman Residences in Da Nang, following a cooperation agreement between the company and Thanh Do Investment Development and Construction JSC.
According to a press release issued by Savills Viet Nam yesterday, Savills Viet Nam and Thanh Do in Ha Noi officially introduced Naman Residences beach villas. The official sales launch will be held in Ha Noi in June.
Thanh Do has developed Naman Retreat, a prestigious resort on Da Nang beach, on a total investment of US$60 million. The 6.5-hectare beach resort has two components, the five-star Naman Retreat resort and the Naman Residences beach villas.
The construction of Naman Residences, the second phase of the development, along Truong Sa Highway started in October 2014. The project is offering 34 villas. All villas will be handed over to customers in March 2016.
"Da Nang remains a promising market as it possesses all important factors that are catalysts for the development of real estate," said Matthew Powell, Director of Savills Ha Noi.
"With the Amended Housing Law coming into effect this July, we expect an increase in demand for Da Nang properties, especially for resort properties."
