Sanofi-Aventis Vietnam Company Limited (Sanofi Vietnam) for an eighth consecutive year was named one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Viet Nam.
The survey results of the 100 best workplaces were announced this week in HCM City.
Sanofi ranks 13th in the entire list, up 10 spots from the previous year, and in the third position in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
This is the eighth consecutive year that the company has been named in this prestigious ranking and has continuously improved year by year.
After a tumultuous year, the working environment and corporate culture have been the focus of Sanofi Vietnam's leadership team, Emin Turan, country lead of Sanofi Vietnam, said.
“Sanofi developed a people strategy with a clear ambition and frames to support our play-to-win strategy, focusing on the four pillars healthy organisation, purposeful experience, winning culture and diversity, equity and inclusion,” he said.
Ensuring employees are fully cared for and developed is the top goal of Sanofi Vietnam’s leadership team.
In order to support career development, multiple digital platforms are built for employees to identify strengths, build career development roadmaps, and seek open career opportunities within the organisation.
Sanofi employees can participate in a variety of programmes with different goals such as GIGs to expand their skills, 1:1 consulting with mentors, participating in leadership-framework development programmes, internal training courses, or free access to the world's leading training platforms (iLearn).
In addition, Sanofi always prioritises building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable working environment through practical policies such as gender equality in recruitment and salary, 14-week maternity leave for men, and a flexible working policy.
The “Top 100 Best Places To Work in Vietnam” annual survey comprehensively assesses the attractiveness of employer brands.
This survey is initiated and conducted independently by consultant Anphabe and market research firm Intage to record the most objective opinions from employees to measure the health of employer brands of more than 700 leading enterprises in the country. — VNS
