US drug company Pfizer is in seventh place in the list of Top 100 Best Places to Work in Viet Nam this year, an annual survey by online professional community network Anphabe and market research firm Intage Vietnam has found.

The ranking is done through an independent evaluation process based on votes by employees with respect to compensation and benefits, leadership development opportunities, workplace culture and environment, healthcare, and work-life balance policies.

Pfizer is ranked the second best workplace in the pharmaceutical industry.

Pullicino John Paul, general director of Pfizer Vietnam, said the company prioritises employees’ work-life balance, and encourages new, empowering and flexible ways of working.
