The Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade) and MVV Entrepreneur Academy have recently launched the Vietrade Edu online learning system.
It is a part of the project which is funded by Dutch Government to help female-owned businesses in Viet Nam to improve their competitiveness in the digital environment.
Through e-learning programmes, Vietrade Edu aims at supporting Vietnamese businesses and female entrepreneurs to skill up their trade promotion skills as well as setting up business strategic.
Registered businesses will receive free online courses on business planning, production, import and export on the Vietrade Edu system.
The Vietrade Edu online learning system was built upon MVV Everlearn, an e-learning platform that fulfills the international learning standard and provides advanced features such as full HD Video, standard interactive lectures, Infographic, PowerPoint presentation format, PDF learning materials, podcasts, and microlearning.
In another development, Vietrade and MVV Acedemy launched the “Women entrepreneurs planning for success” contest for female entrepreneurs from co-operatives and small and medium enterprises.
The contest will take place from September 24 to November 25 of 2021.
Joining the contest, female entrepreneurs will have chances to receive advice from experts from various fields. This is an opportunity for female leaders to lean in, create breakthroughs, advance necessary skillset to create a foundation for their career paths as well as to develop their businesses.
Vu Ba Phu, director of the Trade Promotion Department, shared: “The COVID-19 pandemic has been affecting all areas of business operations, forcing businesses to transform and adapt to the new normal.
"Online operating methods nowadays are widely applied in many sectors including training activities. With the desire to introduce online learning to Vietnamese businesses, the Trade Promotion Department partnered with MVV Entrepreneur Academy Corporation to launch the Online Learning Platform Vietrade Edu which is easy use and help businesses save time and training cost.
"Vietrade Edu with elaborately and professionally designed lessons, teaching content designed by experienced experts who ready to advise after the course will support entrepreneurs to systematise knowledge in a systematic way, also directly support female entrepreneurs to have strong preparation for the upcoming competition and effectively apply it to business operations.” — VNS
