Giant property developer Novaland Group has opened show houses for the latest stage of its Aqua City project called Phoenic Island in the southern province of Dong Nai.
The show houses include a villa and townhouse.
Visitors were taken to the project by boat from District 2 and District 7, giving them the chance to admire the beauty of the Sai Gon and Dong Nai rivers.
Phoenix Island, surrounded by a river, too boasts beautiful scenery.
Customers participating in the opening of the show houses received special offers like ‘lucky money’ and discounts, and entered a lucky draw with prizes worth up to VND88 million.
Discounts of 2 per cent and 5 per cent were offered to corporate and Viet Kieu customers, 15 per cent for quick payment and 5 per cent for loyal customers.
Aqua City is a satellite project in the eastern part of HCM City on nearly 1,000ha of which more than 70 per cent is reserved for greenery, transport infrastructure and utilities.
It is being developed in several stages.
In future, when infrastructure is better developed, it will take 20 minutes from Aqua City to downtown HCM City and to Long Thanh International Airport.
Amid a popular trend of riverside real estate, Aqua City including Phoenic Island is likely to keep appreciating in value, experts said. — VNS
