Manulife Vietnam opened the doors to its innovative MClass office in Ha Noi on Wednesday, unveiling an exciting new modern workplace with unique customer experiences.
Designed to be a destination for customers and advisers alike, the MClass office will help make financial solutions more straightforward and more accessible through a combination of human interaction and technology, the company said.
Set across eight floors and incorporating more than 8,000sq.m of office space, MClass will seat up to 7,000 financial advisers and includes a new cutting-edge TechLounge and Branch Customer Service counter.
The TechLounge will give customers direct access to advisers and Manulife Vietnam’s digital end-to-end solutions, creating opportunities for more meaningful conversations.
