Manulife Vietnam has launched a stand-alone healthcare product on its new direct-to-customer website that it says consumers can buy at the click of a button.
Max – Health is complemented by the new Manulife Shop eCommerce website and the latest milestone in the company’s efforts to digitise, which offers comprehensive solutions starting at VND560,000 (US$24.42) a year.
Phung Ba Khang, the company’s chief product officer, said: “Manulife Vietnam is committed to delivering seamless digital experiences while also offering innovative health solutions. Max – Health exemplifies this promise on both fronts, providing customers with excellent coverage and a straight through processing experience.
“We are contributing to a positive change in the relationship and perception that customers have with their insurers by offering very high and comprehensive coverage at a very affordable premium. This is done by our breakthrough in product design and efforts to continuously digitise every aspect of the customer journey and operational process.”
Max – Health offers three levels of cover with the high coverage limit starting at VND1 billion to 2 billion.
It also offers multiple choices of protection with inpatient and outpatient benefits and a direct-billing network of 300 hospitals nation-wide.
“Manulife Vietnam is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences that are reinforced by intuitive digital processes,” Sang Lee, the company’s CEO, said.
“Max – Health and Manulife Shop, Manulife’s very own eCommerce platform, are two simple ways we are harnessing our health eco-system and enhanced digital capabilities to close the health protection gap and help make every day better for the people of Viet Nam.”
