HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — The CEO of Isobar Vietnam, Thi Anh Dao (Denise Thi), is the first Vietnamese representative to be included on the list of Campaign Asia's Women to Watch for 2016, showcasing the top 40 women making their mark in Asia Pacific's media and marketing industry.

Campaign Asia magazine noted that workplace hurdles to gender equality differed across cultures and markets. "Women To Watch" aims to celebrate Asia-Pacific women who have succeeded against all odds and are changing industry norms and practices.

Denise Thi established the PR firm Emerald in 2009 before it morphed into a digital marketing agency and was later acquired by the Dentsu Aegis Network and changed its name to Isobar Vietnam.

In April, Isobar officially launched in Việt Nam, completing a mergers and acquisition process, with Thi remaining as managing director.

Between May 2015 and May 2016, Isobar Vietnam enjoyed a 117 per cent increase in billings and expanded its client base by 112 per cent. — VNS
