HEINEKEN Vietnam Brewery Limited Company has found a place in Anphabe’s list of 10 best organisations to work for in Việt Nam in its very first attempt.

Anphabe, a leading HR services provider, compiles “Viet Nam’s 100 Best Places to Work” annually with support from market research giant Nielsen. More than 26,000 employees at 515 companies participated in the survey this year.

The success of HEINEKEN, the second largest brewery in Viet Nam, can be traced to a comprehensive strategy that includes building long-term partnerships, developing local capabilities, and protecting the environment.

Le Quy Don, the company’s human resources director, said: “In HEINEKEN’s business strategy, people development has been identified as a ‘core element of the strategy to win’. Developing human resources, knowing how to work together, trusting each other and striving for the common goal is the key to achieving success in our company.

“Our employees benefit from soft-skill training, knowledge development and career progression aligned with their roles and aspirations.

“We believe the better trained they are, the bigger the impact they can have on HEINEKEN and the country.” — VNS
