HCM CITY (Biz Hub)— Auditing and business consultancy firm Grant Thornton Viet Nam announced on Thursday a merger with Nexia ACPA Auditing&Consulting Co. (ACPA) with effect from July 1.
The merged firm will be part of the Grant Thornton global network and operate under the Grant Thornton name.
Kenneth Atkinson, managing partner of Grant Thornton Viet Nam, will become executive chairman of the merged firm and Nguyen Chi Trung, managing partner of ACPA, will be managing partner.— VNS
