Malaysia’s real estate developer Gamuda Land has opened two sales galleries at their new projects.
This is the next remarkable step in the company's aggressive plan to expand its presence in Việt Nam, the company said.
The first gallery is at Artisan Park in Bình Dương New City in southern Bình Dương Province.
Located in front of Lê Hoàn Street on a total area of 5.6 ha, Artisan Park is planned with 349 commercial shophouses with the orientation to become a shopping and service street.
The developers expect to bring residents and visitors a unique experience of living, playing, and entertaining in a green, airy space imbued with biophilic architectural design, blending nature's beauty with the comfort of living spaces.
The second one is at Elysian in Thủ Đức City of HCM City.
With a land bank of 3 ha, Elysian is planned with a total of 1,406 products, including 1,398 apartments of various types from one to three bedrooms, penthouses, and eight shophouses.
In addition to owning a prime location in the front of Lò Lu Street which connects HCM City High-Tech Park 1 and Hi-Tech Park 2, the attractiveness of the project also comes from the architectural orientation and impressive landscape of the project.
“This is a very meaningful milestone for Gamuda Land, marking the official expansion of our presence after more than a decade of working with two familiar areas, Gamuda City in Hoàng Mai District in Hà Nội City and Celadon City in Tân Phú District of HCM City. This is a new step in our quick turnaround project development strategy,” said Angus Liew, chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam.
During the opening ceremony of the sales galleries, Gamuda Land was granted a green building certificate - LOTUS Certification - by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC), a member of the World Green Building Council, for Elysian.
This is the only project currently receiving this certificate in the east area of HCM City.
Việt Nam is the most important foreign market of Gamuda Land today. It says continued expansion here is a strategically important step for the Malaysian real estate developer to achieve its target of US$2 billion in annual revenue in its five-year expansion plan. — VNS
