Property developer Gamuda Land has recently launched the GL Lifestyle app in Viet Nam, aiming to bring the best experience to users.

The app, which has been successfully piloted in Malaysia, not only brings a convenient way for users to experience services in the Gamuda Land ecosystem but also has connectivity that help users easily share and exchange information to create a modern Gamuda Land residential community.

"One of Gamuda Land's core brand values is 'Promoting innovation to create value'. That's why we focus and deeply invest in the development and implementation of digital technology in the operation process. For Gamuda Land, technology is the most optimal tool to achieve our sustainable development goals at least for the next five years. GL Lifestyle app is no exception,” said Angus Liew, Chairman of the Board of Gamuda Land Vietnam.

“Enhancing sustainability and digitalisation” is also one of the four key pillars in the Gamuda Green Plan that was globally established and applied to their all projects. The plan’s objective is to reduce direct and indirect corporate greenhouse gases emission intensity by 45 per cent in 2030. The Gamuda Green Plan has precise target accessibility, integrated within a comprehensive framework with specific carbon reduction objectives.

Gamuda Land is a pioneering real estate company in compliance with the environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria in the Vietnamese market, bringing ESGfactors into their investment and sustainable development strategy.

The company entered the Vietnamese market in 2007. To date, the company has developed world-class urban areas, such as Gamuda City with a scale of 294 hectares in Hoang Mai District, Hanoi, and Celadon City with an area of 82 hectares in Tan Phu District, HCM City. — VNS
