Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company has won a bid to build the Ecopark Swanlake Residences in Hung Yen Province and a series of other projects throughout the country.

Swanlake Residences developed by Ecopark Group Joint Stock Company in 2021, will have five towers of 33 to 40 floors and a three-floor commercial centre surrounding the kilometre-long Swan Lake and 50ha Swan Lake Park.

As of the end of the second quarter Coteccons had also won bids for other construction projects, with the total value being more than VND6 trillion (US$260 million).

The company has a new board of management that took over recently.

The new projects include InterContinental Halong Bay Resort & Residences by BIM Land Real Estate Company, 100 luxury villas on 35ha in Duong Noi new urban area in Ha Noi, the 5-star hotel Hilton Double Tree Vung Tau by OSC Co., Ltd. – Duxton, and the 6-star Dolce Penisola Quang Binh Hotel. — VNS
