HCM CITY (Biz Hub)—VPBank has been named the bank with the best customer service this year by the Vietnam Economic Times.
It is the second consecutive year that the bank has won the award.
The award was given to the bank based on three criteria including product and service quality, after-sale service, customer choices and plans on purchasing in the future. VPBank's owner equity reached VND7 trillion (US$333 million) with a network of 200 business units across 33 cities and province nationwide.
It has been listed as one of the country's biggest commercial banks with total assets of VND113 trillion ($5.38 billion). It was also awarded the most innovative retail bank 2013 and the most trusted bank and trademark.
It has targeted to become one of the five leading commercial banks in Viet Nam. — VNS
