HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Vingroup announced the launch of The Landmark complex as the heart of Vinhomes Central Park in HCM City on May 16.

The group representative said they would introduce the complex as the country's tallest tower, with designs inspired by the traditional bamboo bundle image. The Landmark complex comprises The Landmark 81, the tallest tower yet in Viet Nam, and three apartment buildings of Landmark 1, 2 and 3.

With a height of 461m, the tower offers panoramic views of the city and the River Saigon from all directions. The tower has 81 floors and a total area of 141.000sq.m, including modern functional areas such as high-end shopping malls, hotel, apartments and restaurants, besides bars and an observation deck.

The three Landmark apartment buildings have luxurious and dynamic living space. They have areas of 53.5sq.m to 159.7sqm each, with one to four bedrooms to meet different demands, the group said.

The Landmark also has a natural style with lightings, sculptures, a lake and a square to host cultural and artistic activities, as well as a shopping street for local residents.

Vinhomes Central Park project is located in the Newport area, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCM City, spread over 43,91ha, and is adjacent to District 1's centre. Located on the banks of the River Saigon, the project is close to roads, railway station and waterways.
