Property developer VinGroup has launched additional promotional offers for buyers of Vinhomes Skylake from February 10 onwards to boost sales further.

In addition to the existing promotions that include zero management service charge for three years and a loan support of 65 per cent of the apartment’s value, the developer will give 100 VinID Gift Cards worth up to VND50 million (US$2,200) each for the first 100 buyers of Vinhomes Skylake’s apartments at S1 and S2 blocks.

VinGroup's lakeside mansion project generated tremendous interest after more than 70 per cent of the total flats in its S1 and S2 blocks were sold out during the launch in late December.

Vinhomes Skylake, includes three towers with flats ranging from 49sq.m to 171sq.m. It is being developed on 2.3ha at the junction between Pham Hung and Duong Dinh Nghe streets. The project offers facilities such as a skypool, an outdoor coffee shop, a children's playground, a plaza and a school.

The housing venture is also set to benefit from a 32-hectare greenery project, including a lake whose water surface measures 19ha, set to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.
