HÀ NỘI — Real estate developer Vingroup launched the Vinhomes Dragon Bay complex in Hạ Long City in the northern Quảng Ninh Province on March 10.
Spanning more than 68ha in Hồng Gai Ward, the complex consists of residential apartments, shophouses and hotel, all located at a convenient location. Facing Ha Long Bay in the southwest, Bài Thơ Mountain in the east and easily accessible from Vân Đồn Airport and local seaports, the complex is the first residential project of the group in Ha Long.
A highlight of the complex is 380 shophouses, measuring 90sq.m to 189sq.m each and having four floors, with the 1st floor designed for business and the rest as living spaces.
American and Canadian designers of Humphreys and Partners and West Green Design have used a combination of neo-classical architecture and the beautiful landscapes of Hạ Long Bay for the complex. The residents will be able to see the beauty of Ha Long Bay, Bãi Cháy Bridge and the entire city from their homes.
Vingroup also supports investors of shophouses to get loans of up 70 per cent of the deal value at zero per cent interest rate for 12 months, and offers them free management service for a year.— VNS
