BẮC NINH – Real estate developer Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation is set to launch its first project in the northern region, in Hồng Hạc City, this weekend.  

The launching ceremony for the Hồng Hạc City project will be held in Xuân Lâm Ward, Thuận Thành District in the northern province of Bắc Ninh, marking a significant milestone in the development of a modern urban area in the northern region by Phú Mỹ Hưng, renowned for creating Phú Mỹ Hưng City Centre in District 7 of HCM City.  

Strategically located at Bắc Ninh’s gateway, adjacent to the capital city of Hanoi, Hồng Hạc City boasts a total investment of US$1.1 billion, covering an area of 197.76 hectares and with an estimated population of around 28,000 people.  

Planned and developed with a comprehensive system of technical infrastructure, green parks, multi-story parking facilities, and essential public services including healthcare, education, sports, and cultural amenities, Hồng Hạc City is designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents.  

Complementing a range of mixed-use utility clusters, Hồng Hạc City is strategically divided into three residential zones - Hồng Phát, Hồng Thịnh, and Hồng Phúc Zone - with a focus on developing Hồng Phát first. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.  

The investor has emphasised that the launch event of Hồng Hạc City signifies the start of Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation's ventures in Bắc Ninh, specifically targeting the northern market.  

Following the launch ceremony, the initial sales announcement for Hồng Hạc City is scheduled for June, featuring products in Zone F1-1 within the Hồng Phát Zone.
