SURABAYA — Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has made a powerful impression at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) Surabaya 2025, claiming four major awards, a new record for the brand at this prestigious regional auto show.

VinFast was honoured in the following categories: Best EV City Car – VF 3; Favourite New Car Launch – VF 6; Best Booth Car and Best Costume worn by Miss IIMS Surabaya 2025

The VF 3, VinFast’s compact electric city car, won an overwhelming 89 per cent of the votes in its category, surpassing competitors from Japan and China. With its distinctive design, affordability and urban-friendly features, the VF 3 has rapidly gained popularity in Indonesia, becoming the most test-driven vehicle at IIMS 2025.

The newly launched VF 6 also captivated audiences and the IIMS panel, earning praise for its modern aesthetics, cutting-edge technology and dynamic driving experience.

VinFast's booth, the largest at the exhibition, showcased a futuristic, green vision of electric mobility, further enhancing the brand’s visibility. The elegant presentation of the Vietnamese Ao Dai worn by Miss IIMS Surabaya 2025 highlighted the blend of tradition and innovation, resonating strongly with attendees and judges alike.
