HÀ NỘI — VinFast, the electric carmaker, has partnered with seven leading local insurance companies – PVI, Bảo Việt, BIC, VBI, PTI, BSH and VNI – to improve the efficiency of insurance plan approvals and incident handling for customers.

This collaboration aligns with VinFast's customer-centric philosophy and aims to provide the best after-sales experience in the market.

For incidents with repair costs under VNĐ10 million, insurance companies will approve repair prices within four working hours of receiving a repair quote from VinFast's service workshop.

In complicated cases, VinFast and its partners will dedicate resources to ensure the process is completed within 48 working hours.

Once an insurance loss is confirmed, the partnered companies will cover all compensation costs per their customer commitments. — VNS
