HÀ NỘI - VinFast introduced the EB 6 small electric bus on May 5, along with a specialised school bus version.

These new models aim to enhance urban transport sustainability and improve travel safety through advanced monitoring technologies, which help prevent students being left on board.

The bus models have LFP batteries with a life of 179.5kWh and a range of over 250km per charge, as well as a charging time ranging between 20 to 80 per cent in 70 minutes.

The VinFast EB 6 comes in two versions: an urban electric bus and a school bus.

Both versions share the same design platform, chassis and engine, differing mainly in seat layout and interior space tailored to specific service needs.

This launch reflects VinFast's commitment to promoting the green transformation in the transport industry while enhancing the quality of travel services. - VNS
