Viet Nam's third largest mobile network operator VinaPhone on June 1 officially launched its customer care application for Android mobile phones in Vietnamese.

With the app, My VinaPhone, customers can check their mobile bills, make payments, recharge their accounts, as well as get information related to value added tax services and other promotions.
Users can also view information on data packages and used data.
The app is said to ensure the safety of customers' personal information. If a subscriber's numbers is used to register from a different phone, it will automatically log out after 30 seconds.
A representative of VinaPhone noted that the app is aimed at offering customers a single action with which they can control account balance, data, and services. — VNS
