The Việt Nam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin) saw their revenue reach VNĐ15.8 trillion (US$645 million) in June.

The total amount of commercial coal produced by Vinacomin was 27.36 million tonnes, reaching 52.9 per cent of the plan and increasing by 11 per cent year-on-year.
It also exploited 20.61 million tonnes of coal, reaching 53.2 per cent of the year's plan and increasing by 3.7 per cent.
Vinacomin's coal sales in six months was 26.77 million tonnes, reaching 53.5 per cent of the plan, up 8.6 per cent over the same period.
It also produced 5.26 billion kWh of electricity, up 14 per cent year-on-year.
The corporation is expected to pay VNĐ25.5 trillion to the State budget this year, sell 50 million tonnes of coal, export 1.4 million tonnes, produce 37.39 million tonnes of coal, import 14.3 million tonnes and target electricity generation output of 10.5 billion kWh. — VNS
