The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has announced that it will launch direct air routes linking HCM City with Indonesia’s Bali and Thailand’s Phuket on October 27.
National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines plans to launch direct routes linking HCM City with Indonesia’s Bali and Thailand’s Phuket from October 27.
The carrier will run five Bali flights per week as part of the plan.
Flights will depart from HCM City at 11:10am and Bali at 4:50pm every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. It will be the second route to Indonesia following the HCM City – Jakarta route the carrier launched in December 2012 with seven flights per week.
Meanwhile, there will be three flights on the HCM City - Phuket route per week. Flights will depart from HCM City at 3:50pm and Phuket at 6:40pm every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
Vietnam Airlines will also resume its service connecting the central coastal city of Da Nang and Bangkok on October 27, which will depart from Da Nang at 3:20pm and Bangkok at 6pm. — VNS
