Earlier this week, Vietjet announced that it has once again been recognised as one of the world’s safest airlines for 2025 by AirlineRatings, the renowned airline safety and product rating website.

Vietjet, along with leading low-cost airlines in the world such as Ryanair, easyJet and Frontier Airlines, has proudly ranked among the 10 safest carriers for many consecutive years. This achievement underscores the airline’s exceptional commitment to flight safety, ensuring peace of mind for both passengers and crew.

In its annual evaluation, AirlineRatings monitored 385 global airlines, considering factors such as incident records over the past two years, fleet age, results of International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) country audits and other safety measures.

AirlineRatings evaluates safety, in-flight products and other factors, and its ratings are trusted by millions of passengers from 195 countries. The platform has become the industry standard for safety and product assessments.

AirlineRatings has also awarded Vietjet the highest seven-star safety rating since 2018, recognising the airline's consistent commitment to safety.
