The rankings, based on a survey of 65,000 experienced employees nationwide, assesses over 700 reputed companies across 18 major industries.
It announced the 100 top employers in two categories – large and medium enterprises categories, considered the most attractive workplaces.
The top spot in the medium enterprises category went to Pepsico Foods Vietnam Company for a second consecutive year.
In the medium-sized category, the Best Place to Work in the industry went to Pepsico Foods Vietnam (Consumer Goods/Food & Non-food), Starbucks Vietnam (Tourism/ Hospitality), TikTok Vietnam (IT/ Software & Application/ Ecommerce), and Schindler Vietnam Limited (Engineering/ Machinery/ Mechanicals).
Unilever Vietnam topped the large enterprises category, and was accompanied by serial winners like Vietcombank (Banking), Honda Vietnam (Manufacturing & Processing), VIETTEL GROUP (Telecom/ Infrastructure), AEON Vietnam (Retail/ Wholesale/ Trading), FPT Corporation (IT/ Software & Application/ E-commerce), Deloitte Vietnam (Financial Services), and De Heus Vietnam (Agriculture/ Forestry/ Fisheries).
Anphabe’s survey framework, which had a comprehensive criteria for defining the “Ideal Workplace” has become a trusted standard.
