The Viet Nam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) on Wednesday launched voting for the Top 10 leading Vietnamese information, communication and technology (ICT) firms in 2020.
The programme this year replaces its annual Viet Nam’s 50 Leading IT Companies voting, which has been held since 2014.
This year’s vote will choose 10 leading ICT companies in 15 areas instead of 50 firms in four sectors.
The evaluation process features three rounds including profile selection, presentation and practical appraisal and general selection. The evaluation council includes leading experts in technology, finance, human resources, start-ups and journalists.
Speaking at the press conference, Truong Gia Binh, VINASA’s chairman said: “The Top 10 leading IT firms in Viet Nam 2020 will be a pioneer in promoting the development of digital firms in the country in the next 10 years.”
Businesses (except start-ups) that have been in operation for more than three years, with a turnover of more than US$1 million can join the programme.
Selected businesses will be featured in a special publication of Top 10 Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in Viet Nam 2020 compiled in English, Japanese and Vietnamese. They will be introduced to more than 2,000 domestic agencies and more than 1,000 partners from nearly 100 economies.
More importantly, this is the core force in digital transformation programmes for agencies and businesses implemented by VINASA and the Digital Transformation Alliance in the upcoming time.
IT companies may register to participate in the programme on the website top10ict.com until September 25.
The announcement of the 50 successful IT companies will be held in Ha Noi in November. — VNS
