HÀ NỘI — T&T Airlines, T&T SuperPort, BVIM Fund Management JSC, and Vietravel Group have successfully signed a share transfer agreement with Vietravel Airlines, solidifying their position as strategic shareholders.

Following the transaction, the list of shareholders of Vietravel Airlines includes Vietravel Group, Vietravel Holdings, T&T Airlines, T&T SuperPort, BVIM Fund, and two individual shareholders: Trần Đoàn Thế Duy and Đoàn Hải Đăng.

The signing ceremony took place on December 12 in Hà Nội.

According to Vietravel Airlines' business licence No. 01/2024/GPKDVCHK, the airline has a charter capital of VNĐ1.3 trillion, previously held by four domestic corporate shareholders. The inclusion of T&T Group companies and BVIM Fund as strategic shareholders is expected to provide a significant boost to Vietravel Airlines' growth opportunities and competitive edge.

Chairman of Vietravel Airlines Nguyễn Quốc Kỳ expressed optimism about the partnership: “The collaboration with T&T Airlines, T&T SuperPort and BVIM Fund will enhance service quality, expand flight networks and solidify Vietravel Airlines’ position as Việt Nam’s first tourism-focused airline, both domestically and internationally. This marks an important step toward realising the airline’s long-term investment and development strategy.”

Executive Chairman of T&T Group Đỗ Quang Hiển highlighted the strategic importance of the move: “The inclusion of T&T Airlines and T&T SuperPort as strategic shareholders is a milestone in T&T Group’s efforts to expand its value chain across infrastructure, logistics, and aviation.

"Vietravel Airlines will play a pivotal role in an ecosystem that includes Quảng Ninh Port, Quảng Trị Airport, the Việt Nam SuperPort logistics hub in Vĩnh Phúc, and industrial clusters dedicated to aviation, logistics, commerce, and urban services in Quảng Trị.”
