"Taiwan excellence experiencing zone" was part of the seventh Taiwan Excellence campaign in Việt Nam organised by the island's Bureau of Foreign Trade and Taiwan External Trade Development Council.
At the expo, consumers had a chance to try products made by well-known Taiwanese brands like Asus, Acer, HTC, D-Link, Transcend, DrayTek, and Silicon Power from the ICT industry, Sakura, Cashido, Caesar from home living, Luxgen, Kymco, Strida from transportation, and Heartway, Microlife, Johnson from healthcare.
There was a range of technology products like the MiWand 2 Wi-Fi PRO from Avision, Prinhome photo printer from HiTi and Poseidon Z RGB mechanical keyboard.
Liang Kuang-Chung, director general of the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in HCM City, said: "Taiwan ranks as the fourth largest source of foreign investment and the fifth largest trade partner of Việt Nam.
"With abundant potential, the Việt Nam – Taiwan economic and cultural co-operation will continue to grow significantly in the coming years to generate benefits for both sides."
Taiwan Excellence is a campaign organised to honour innovative products that provide value to users. Products carrying this symbol have been selected for Taiwan Excellence Awards for their design, quality, marketing, R&D and manufacturing. — VNS
