Nearly 52 million subscribers of military-run telecommunications firm Viettel had their phone numbers switched from 11 digits to 10 digits, Viettel announced on Sunday.
Telecom provider Viettel has announced a roaming fee reduction of up to 45 per cent for calls, texts and data applicable to all subscribers in Indonesia from August 15 to September 14.
