Metfone, the Cambodia-based affiliate of the military-run telecom group Viettel, and Angkok Dairy Products Co.Ltd (Angkormilk), two Vietnamese-invested firms, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop telecommunications services and e- payments in Cambodia.
