The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) has revised its
preliminary conclusion of the anti-dumping investigation of Vietnamese
circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes, citing significant
ministerial errors.
The United States International Trade Committee (ITC) has decided to
continue its anti-dumping investigation on Circular Welded
Carbon-Quality Steel Pipes (CWP) imported from Viet Nam, the Vietnam
Competition Authority said.
