Thailand has become Viet Nam''s leading automobile exporter in the first
quarter of this year, with a volume of more than 7,800 units, a
year-on-year increase of 64.5 per cent.
The Ha Noi People''s Committee will begin collecting road-use fees from
motorbike owners as of July 21. The fees will be set at VND50,000
(US$2.3) per year for 100cc motorbikes and VND100,000 ($4.6) for
motorbikes over 100cc.
