MobiFone targets foreign tourists with new mobile offering

MobiFone, a subsidiary of Viet Nam''s largest telecom service provider, the Viet Nam Post and Telecommunication Group, has launched a pre-paid Happy Tourist package exclusively for foreign visitors to Viet Nam.
